Lexus is set to showcase its LF-ZC (Lexus Future Zero-emission Catalyst) concept at the upcoming Bharat Mobility Expo in January 2025. This concept, first unveiled at the 2023 Japan Mobility Show, represents Lexus’s vision for future electric sedans, with production anticipated to commence in 2026.
Design and Aerodynamics

The LF-ZC features a bold front end with a blanked-out grille and V-shaped LED headlamps, complemented by large side vents and sharp feature lines. Its design achieves a remarkable drag coefficient of 0.2, enhancing aerodynamic efficiency.
Interior and Technology

Inside, the LF-ZC boasts a futuristic cockpit with a rectangular steering wheel, a digital instrument cluster, and a comprehensive digital dashboard. The interior includes a large rectangular screen spanning the width of the dashboard on the passenger side, and the car is equipped with a new-generation AI-enabled voice assistant.
Performance and Specifications
Powered by next-generation prismatic high-performance batteries, the LF-ZC offers double the range of existing EV batteries due to higher energy density and reduced weight. It employs steer-by-wire technology and features an all-wheel-drive system.
Lexus at Bharat Mobility Expo

In addition to the LF-ZC, Lexus plans to showcase the ROV (Recreational Off-highway Vehicle) concept at the expo. The ROV is a hydrogen-powered off-highway vehicle, highlighting Lexus’s exploration into alternative fuel technologies.
The Bharat Mobility Expo will provide attendees with an opportunity to experience Lexus’s innovative designs and technological advancements firsthand, reflecting the brand’s commitment to sustainable and futuristic mobility solutions.
